Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest- Creating Davy Jones at Walt Disney World Backlot

Industrial Light & Magic presents a little background video into the making of the Davy Jones character in The Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest.

The American Film Institute (AFI) Showcase is an exhibit at the end of the Backlot Tour, in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This area features themed exhibits relating to special effects in cinema.

The current exhibit, “Villains, The Characters You Love to Hate“, has been updated as of May 2008 to feature costumes and props relating to some of the most famous movie bad guys, including Davy Jones, Darth Vader from Star Wars, and King Miraz from the Narnia movie, Prince Caspian.
