World of Motion- Memories

I was going through some YouTube videos of some of the old attractions at Disney, and I came across this video of the World of Motion, one of my favorite rides.

It was a fav of mine, not because it had any spectacular effects or anything, but because a) It was really magical to ride outside of the building, in the evening, over Epcot- as I remember, the lines on this ride were never too long and b) I love cars, so it was really cool, as a kid, to see all of the cars at the end of the ride.  Test Track has a similar situation now with a smattering of cars, but at that point, and perhaps it was the cars that came out at that time, it seemed so futuristic.  And maybe, just maybe, it was driving with my mother riding shotgun that made it so special. Memories.
